Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 October 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and smmpanel.si when you use our service.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

smmpanel.si ("we", "us") provides hosted software that lets you run your own social media marketing panel under your own brand and domain (the "Service"). These terms apply to anyone who creates an account at dash.smmpanel.si ("you"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
  • Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. Plans, billing and trials

  • The Service is sold as a monthly subscription. Your plan is based on the number of orders your panel handles each month, as shown on our pricing page.
  • If your orders go above your plan's limit, your panel moves to the plan that matches your volume from the next billing period.
  • Each invoice is due by the date shown on it. If an invoice is not paid on time, we may suspend your panel until it is paid.
  • If we offer a free trial, your panel stays active after the trial only if you pay the first invoice.
  • We may change prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a new price applies to you.

4. Refunds

Subscription payments cover the period they are paid for and are not refunded once that period has started, unless the law in your country gives you a right to a refund or the Service was unavailable for most of that period because of a fault on our side. You can cancel at any time and your panel stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

5. Your panel, your customers and your payments

  • Your panel is your business. You choose the services you sell, the providers you connect, your prices and your own terms for your customers.
  • Your customers pay you directly through the payment methods you connect. We are not a party to those sales and we take no commission on them.
  • You are responsible for support, refunds, taxes and disputes with your own customers, and with any resellers who run child panels under you.
  • You are responsible for the agreements you have with your service providers and payment processors.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service, or allow your customers to use your panel, to:

  • break any law that applies to you or to them;
  • sell or promote anything illegal, or content that exploits or harms children;
  • commit fraud, take payments with stolen cards or launder money;
  • send spam, spread malware or run phishing;
  • hack, steal or take over other people's accounts;
  • attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to our systems or anyone else's;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer our software, except for the child panels the Service is built to offer.

You are also responsible for making sure the services sold through your panel comply with the terms of the social media platforms they relate to.

7. Your domain and DNS

You need a domain you own or control to run a panel. To connect it, you point it to the nameservers or DNS records we give you. You remain the owner of your domain and are responsible for renewing it. If you let it expire or point it elsewhere, your panel will stop being reachable.

8. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service running and secure, but we do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may carry out maintenance, update the software, and add, change or remove features. Parts of the Service rely on other companies, such as hosting and network providers, and may be affected by problems on their side.

9. Your data

The data in your panel, such as your customers, orders and settings, belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us for an export of your panel's data while your account is active. You are responsible for telling your own customers how their data is used.

10. Suspension and termination

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, do not pay an invoice, or if your panel creates a legal or security risk for us or for others. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
  • After your account is closed, we delete your panel and its data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep some of it for longer. Ask for your export before you cancel.

11. Our software and your brand

We and our licensors own the Service and its software. Your subscription gives you a right to use it while your account is active, and nothing else. You own your brand, logo, domain and content, and you give us permission to host and display them as needed to run your panel.

12. Disclaimers and limits on our liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows:

  • we give no warranties beyond those written in these terms;
  • we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect losses;
  • we are not liable for the acts of your customers, your providers, your payment processors or the social media platforms;
  • our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Claims caused by your panel

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you or your customers used your panel, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses we suffer as a result.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a change that matters, we will post the new version on this page and tell you by email or in your dashboard at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, and the courts of Morocco have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be removed by contract.
