Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

smmpanel.si ("we", "us") operates this website and the dashboard at dash.smmpanel.si. For the data described in sections 2 and 3, we decide how it is used. You can reach us about privacy at [email protected].

2. What we collect about panel owners

  • Account details: your email address, your password (stored in hashed form) and the domain you connect.
  • Billing records: your plan, invoices and payment status. Payments are handled by payment processors, so we do not see or store full card numbers.
  • Support messages: what you send us by email, ticket or Telegram.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the dates and times you sign in or use the dashboard.

3. What we collect from website visitors

This website does not use advertising trackers. Like most websites, our server keeps short-term logs of IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to fix problems. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

4. Data inside your panel

When you run a panel, it stores data about your own customers, such as their email addresses, orders and balances. You decide what is collected and why, so you are responsible for that data and for your own privacy notice. We store and process it only on your instructions, in order to run your panel.

If you are a customer of a panel that runs on our platform and have a question about your data, please contact that panel's owner first.

5. How we use your data

  • To create and run your account and your panel.
  • To bill you and keep accounting records.
  • To answer your support requests.
  • To send you service messages, such as invoices, security notices and changes to our terms.
  • To keep the Service secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure service, and legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

6. Cookies

The dashboard uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as the one that keeps you signed in, and a security check that confirms you are human when you log in. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Who we share data with

We share data only with companies that help us provide the Service, and only what they need:

  • our hosting and panel software provider, which runs the servers your panel is on;
  • Cloudflare, which provides DNS, SSL certificates and protection against attacks;
  • payment processors, when you pay an invoice;
  • our email provider, to deliver service emails.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

8. Transfers to other countries

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.

9. How long we keep data

  • Account and panel data: while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days after it is closed.
  • Billing records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Server logs: for a short period, normally no longer than 90 days.

10. How we protect data

Connections to the website and dashboard are encrypted with SSL, passwords are stored in hashed form, and access to our systems is limited to those who need it. No online service can be made completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • ask us to restrict or stop certain uses of it;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

12. Children

The Service is for adults running a business. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email or in your dashboard.

14. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to [email protected].
